Chotimanee: The Heart of Laniakea
Two years of designing this house on paper. Walking through it now feels like watching a dream become real.
The first thing that hits you isn't the view — it's the smell. Fresh teak, everywhere. After the noise of Phuket, the quiet of Khuek Khak is its own kind of luxury: stand on the balcony and the only sounds are birdsong and the faint crash of waves, just 800m away.
From up here, the view runs out over green hills and treetops — the kind of outlook you design a house around, and then still aren't quite ready for when it's real.
Chotimanee blends a tiled, concrete ground floor with a second story built entirely in teak — cool and solid where it needs to be, warm and alive where it matters. Two bedrooms, designed to breathe with the Khao Lak landscape rather than seal it out.
