Laniakea
Week 11
What's Happening:
It's all about the roof this week. The main roof structure is fully up now, rafters and purlins forming the complex, multi-tiered shape that gives Lanna houses their distinctive silhouette — you can see it best in the golden hour shot, the frame silhouetted against the sky like a piece of sculpture rather than a construction site. There's a great view from inside Chan Chao too, looking out through the window toward the frame taking shape beyond, giving a real sense of how the finished rooms will actually feel. And in one shot, Chotimanee's roofline sits framed right alongside Chan Chao's finished carved gable — a nice preview of how the two houses will echo each other once both are done
